Our HTG-M full height gates with mesh infill provide the same floor to ceiling level of security coverage as our full height turnstiles while simultaneously providing an ADA compliant clear opening for disabled entrants. These HTG-M full height gates are outfitted with mesh infill for advanced reach through protection and can even come from the factory with an optional panic bar to be your perfect emergency exit solution. Our HTG-M works great as a standalone access control solution, but it really shines when paired with one of our SecureTurn series full height turnstiles to provide a comprehensive access control solution. All Hayward Turnstiles full height ADA gates are designed for handicap access, but they are also often used as an alternate entrance for people with push carts, deliveries, strollers, tools, and any other object that would not easily fit through a regular full height turnstile.

Our HTG-M is the perfect solution for anyone looking to harness the floor to ceiling security of a full height turnstile without sacrificing handicap accessibility. This full height ADA compliant gate features reach prevention security mesh infill to ensure no users are able to reach through the unit and open it from the other side. Our HTG-M isn’t just for handicap access, though. It is a great solution for entrances that frequently require larger objects to pass through like tool boxes, luggage, hand trucks, and more that wouldn’t fit easily through the entryway of a conventional full height turnstile. Beyond this, our HTG-M is the perfect emergency exit solution when equipped with our optional full length panic bar that allows users to easily exit during an emergency without letting anybody in the other direction.

Available in your choice of galvanized or powder coated finish to match your entryway or pair perfectly with one of our full height turnstiles.
Design & Construction:
- Designed as an ADA compliant solution for perimeter security
- ADA compliant passage width
- Fully welded exterior components
- Built from heavy gauge materials that meet ASTM standards
- Vertical steel bars coupled with steel mesh infill keep unauthorized entrants out and prevent reach through and tampering
- Minimally exposed, tamper proof hardware
Gate Operation:
- Gate automatically closes with included self closing hinge
- Field reversible electronic strike lock (24VDC) included
- Strike lock can be used mechanically with a key or electronically when integrated with virtually any access control software via a momentary dry contact
- Gate can be locked and unlocked using a key
- Monitored latch included to detect lock/unlock status and open/close status
