There are many foundations that are allowed to provide grants by the government of Canada. One of them is IVEY Foundation.
They were incorporated as a private charitable foundation on December 31, 1947 by Richard G and his son Richard M.
The Foundation’s mission is to improve the well-being of Canadians by focusing its resources on selected issues of significance. With a long history of supporting excellence and valuing transparency and accountability, also embraces change as a necessary part of its evolution.

Established in 2014 as a strategic priority, their primary focus is the Economy and the Environment granting program
The Economy and Environment Program supports innovative organizations in their work to develop a low carbon economy in Canada. The Foundation is looking to a net-zero future and focusing on pathways to support this transition.
