The Medeco XT Modular Half Profile, Euro Double & Thumb Turn  electronic cylinder are a direct replacement for like mechanical cylinders and  are iideal for loss and liability management. The cylinder requires no wiring or modification to the door or frame and is powered by the Medeco XT rechargeable key (sold separately). The cylinder is designed for interior and exterior use with an operating temperature rating of -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.  Flexible authorization, auditing of use and quick retrofit to existing hardware are all in one convenient package.
