Hartmanm HC-P453 (Vandal Resistant Stainless Steel/Bulletproof Mullion Proximity Reader)

The single-piece HC-P453 mullion reader delivers non-contact read ranges up to 1.5 inches (38 mm), and operates from 5 to 14 VDC. Constructed of stainless steel and Fiber-Tex to withstand high-vandal environments. Physical size is a compact 5.25 x 2.0 x 1.0 inches (134 x 51 x 25 mm). To allow both indoor and outdoor operation the electronics are secured in tamper-resistant epoxy potting. Mounting provisions include two countersunk 0.25 inch thru-holes, as well as four ¼-20 tapped holes in the back, providing the option of a tamper-proof blind mount.

This 125-kHz tri-compatible mullion reader is available for our Hartmann High-Security 40-bit Weigand format as well 26-bit Pyramid, HID and AWID.
