Hartmanm HC-P405 (Vandal Resistant Polycarbonate Single Gang Proximity Reader)

The single-piece HC-P405 single gang reader delivers non-contact read ranges up to 6 inches (152 mm), and operates from 5 to 14 VDC. Constructed of a solid block of polycarbonate to withstand high-vandal environments. Physical size is a compact 4.5 x 2.75 x 1.0 inches (114 x 70 x 25 mm). To allow both indoor and outdoor operation the electronics are secured in tamper-resistant epoxy potting. Mounting provisions include two countersunk 0.25 inch thru-holes, as well as four ¼-20 tapped holes in the back, providing the option of a tamper-proof blind mount.

This 125-kHz tri-compatible single gang reader is available for our Hartmann High-Security 40-bit Weigand format as well 26-bit Pyramid, HID and AWID.
