F101-A XF P1367 Explosion-Protected Network Camera

Superb light sensitivity in hazardous areas

  • Certified for Class I/II/III, Division 1 and Zone 1
  • Certified for ATEX and IECEx
  • Cost-efficient installation with PoE
  • Remote zoom and focus with i-CS lens
  • 5 MP resolution at 25/30 fps

F101-A XF P1367 Explosion-Protected Network Camera helps you detect unauthorized individuals and monitor employee safety in hazardous areas. You can also use it to visually monitor production efficiency and verify information from your sensor system. The camera’s low weight makes it easier to install and manage on high towers or on buildings. It delivers excellent image quality and detail even in low light.

Hazard-Certified Worldwide

The attractive price-point of F101-A XF P1367 offers a professional network camera enclosed in an aluminum red housing. That housing is certified with Class I/II/III, Division 1 and Zone 1, as well as ATEX and IECEx (IIB + H2, IIIC) for use in hazardous, explosion-prone applications.

More Light or Less?

Thanks to i-CS lens, the field of view can be adjusted remotely, and the camera automatically sets the focus. F101-A XF P1367 provides images that are optimized for forensic purposes regardless of lighting conditions. It offers superb light sensitivity and Lightfinder technology for high-quality – color – images even when they’re recorded in the dark. And WDR – Forensic Capture lowers noise and increases the image signal for highly detailed images when there are both bright and darker areas in a scene – for example at an entrance or near a window with bright daylight outside and dimmer light inside.

Sharp Images. Low Bandwidth

F101-A XF P1367 delivers 5-megapixel resolution at 25/30 fps in H.264 and motion JPEG, which means it captures objects and people in high-resolution image quality. Together with ACAP analytics, the camera enhances security for people in restricted or hazardous areas. Moreover, the IP camera features Zipstream technology, which analyses the video stream in real time to identify areas of interest. These areas are compressed a bit less than other areas, preserving important details in full image quality, while reducing storage and bandwidth by up to 50%. The result is high-quality images and significant savings.

Why Red?

In hazardous areas, the color red is usually associated with devices used for alarms and security such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, sirens, and the like. So when we paint network devices like cameras, we create an important association with safety. In addition, red safety devices stand out in their surroundings, so they:

  • Make personnel feel safer
  • Are more valuable as deterrents
  • Increase awareness of the device and where it’s placed

In particular, it’s important that personnel know where network cameras are located in order to be able to use them to signal to operators in emergency situations. So, while our network devices are used both for safety purposes and for monitoring operations, we chose to offer a camera – made in red – that prioritizes deterrence on your premises and safety of your personnel. Moreover, the aluminum enclosure guarantees low weight and cost, without compromising on durability and resistance against corrosion.
