Allegion/Schlage AD-302 FIPS 201-2 Integration-ready Electronic Lock

AD-302 locks are designed for government applications when they can be installed as part of a tested and approved FIPS 201-2 integration. Real-time access control and lockdown are possible in a comprehensive security solution.

  • Cylindrical, mortise, mortise deadbolt & exit trim
  • Multi-technology, smart (including PIV and PIV-I), or proximity credential use
  • Secure, wired communication is RS-485 compatible

AD Series locks were designed to be adaptable, allowing upgrades to be made to new technologies without taking the lock off the door. They feature built-in credential reader and access control sensors for simplified installation. The AD-302 is fully PIV and PIV-I compatible for dual authentication to an external cloud-based server.

AD-302 locks connect and communicate directly to an Access Control Panel (ACP) operating independently of the IT network for real-time connectivity and lockdown. AD-302 locks can work in the same access control system as other devices including the wireless AD-402 Series locks connected via PIM400 to the ACP.

Any lock intended for use in a Government facility that is required to meet the FIPS 201-2 standard must be part of an integrated Physical Access Control Software (PACS) providers’compliant solution. Access control features and capabilities will vary by PACS providers’ integration capabilities. The Government approved products list will show which providers have achieved listing and the products supported.
