functioning of your existing system.

Installation

Installation is free and takes approximately one hour to complete. If possible, and with prior permission,
your installation will be contactless.

On installation day, the technician will:

Step 1

Install the Amazon Key device in either the call box (contactless) or control room.

Step 2

Take photos of new Amazon Key access points for use by delivery drivers.

Step 3

Confirm everything is working properly before departing.

How it works: Deliveries

deliveries autonomously, without the need for help from staff.
Here’s how:

    Driver arrives at designated entry door and requests access via Amazon Key.
