B lock e Plus automatically locks a commercial, residential and delivery truck overhead door every time it’s closed – unlocked electronically while integrated 24vdc solenoid is energized and manually when integrated foot-pedal release is depressed.

Equipped with integrated intrusion detection sensors – that may be wired into security monitoring systems to detect when the overhead door is NOT closed and locked.
