Features:

  • 1/16 inch thick stainless steel for exceptional durability
  • Available in complete kits that include plates, mounting boxes and optional wireless devices
  • Surface and flush mount boxes with various text and graphic options
  • Push plates can be hard wired to the door operator or connected to a wireless transmitter

Wave to Open

Entrematic offers an economical Wave to Open switch for hands-free activation. The Wave to Open (part #W5-670) is compatible with all Ditec operators, and is a great option for areas where a hands-free environment is desired.

Features

  • Touchless activation
  • Low voltage. Operates on 12 or 24VDC
  • Reduced read range of up to 4″ greatly  minimizes false triggers
  • Provides audible and visual activation cues with a dual color LED (red/green)
  • Variable hold time of 1 to 35 seconds
  • Durable stainless steel, weather resistant, vandal resistant face plate
  • Single and double gang face plates included
  • Back box not supplied

Wireless and Logic

Entrematic offers BEA’s 900 MHz compact transmitters and receiver to allow wireless activation of any door control.
Features & Benefits
  • Compact transmitters and receiver for installation convenience
  • Frequency hopping for consistent transmission in areas with other 900 MHz devices
  • A compact battery-powered, hardwired transmitter is ideal for push plate applications
  • 1, 2, 3 or 4 button hand-held transmitters are available

Presence Sensors

Presence sensors will detect the “presence” of an object or person within a predetermined detection pattern and prevents a door from striking the person or object during operation.
For Swing Doors:
BEA Bodyguard

BEA’s Bodyguard is an overhead presence sensor designed for pedestrian automatic doors. It is designed to prevent a closed door from opening and an open door from closing when a person is in the detection zone. When combined with the BEA SuperScan, it’s capable of meeting ANSI 156.10 standard for swing door safety.

BEA SuperScan

BEA’s SuperScan is a door mounted, active infrared safety sensor designed for use on swinging and low energy doors. It uses triangulation to detect the presence of a pedestrian, while the door is opening and closing. It is capable of meeting ANSI 156.10 standard for swing door safety when used with the BEA Bodyguard.

BEA LZR Microscan

BEA’s LZR-Microscan is an easy to instal laser-based sensor system designed for automatic swing doors. It provides adjustable pattern depths that exceed the ANSI 156.10 8.2.2.3 standard and offer 100% coverage in all door states (fully open, fully closed, opening and closing).

Optex Pro-Swing Elite T

The Optex Pro-Swing Elite T is designed to detect moving or stationary people in the swing path of the door. It provides full detection pattern that covers the entire swing path of the doors in full open and full closed position, eliminating the need for an overhead safety sensor.

For Sliding Doors:
BEA IXIO

BEA’s IXIO combines microwave activation and infrared presence technologies with external monitoring for automatic sliding doors.

Optex X-Zone

The OPTEX X-Zone T Sensor is an active infrared and microwave combination sensor designed for sliding doors. It offers presence detection in the threshold when the door is in the open position. Having the ability to detect in the threshold dramatically increases the level of safety that can be achieved.

Optex i-oneX T

The OPTEX i-oneX T active infrared door sensor features a safety zone in the threshold and sidelights that are always on due to its large motion and presence detection pattern. The size and shape of the detection pattern can be easily adjusted to match almost any application.

Motion Sensors

Motion sensors can be used for activation or safety for automatic doors. Entrematic has chosen motion sensors that are compatible with its door systems.
BEA Eagle

BEA’s Eagle family of motion sensors is designed for the activation of automatic pedestrian doors. It’s compatible with swing or sliding doors. It has the ability to detect approaching traffic while ignoring motion moving away from the door.

Optex i-oneX T

The Optex i-oneX T is a combination motion and safety sensor for sliding doors. It has a wide detection area that covers the door opening plus sidelights, providing fast detection for traffic approaching from any angle. As long as someone is in the detection area, the sensor will keep the door in the open position until the area is cleared.
